Sly thief pockets five year city ban

A prolific purse thief with 77 convictions to her name has been given a criminal behaviour order (CBO) banning her from Birmingham city centre for five years.

Margaret Johnson, of no fixed address, targeted a total of four unsuspecting shoppers within minutes in January this year.
