Second person charged with murder of Kenichi Phillips

Detectives investigating the death of Birmingham teenager Kenichi Phillips in March have today (Wednesday 4 May) charged a second person with his murder.Dean Silvera, aged 37, of Stanford Grove, Perry Barr was arrested yesterday morning.
