Salon superheroes’ bravery award for tackling bag snatcher

Staff at a Wolverhampton hairdressers cut short a bag snatcher’s getaway after teaming up to catch the thief - and have now received a police award for their bravery.

Cruel Jason Hall barged over an 83-year-old woman and her 86-year-old husband, who is blind, in Bilston Street last January before running off with her handbag.

But the 38-year-old hadn’t banked on Salon Superheroes John Hurley and teenage stylist Charlie Perry springing into action!
