Prolific criminal jailed for Birmingham arts centre arson

A prolific criminal from Birmingham has been jailed for five years after setting fire to a city arts centre.

Leon Smythe returned to Birmingham Crown Court this morning where he was sentenced for committing arson with intent to endanger life at the Ulfah Arts Centre in Highgate Square last May.
