Prolific beggar banned from Birmingham City Centre

A prolific beggar, who repeatedly caused a nuisance by pestering people for cash, has been banned from Birmingham city centre.Police have been granted a second Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against repeat offender, Lee Pearce for begging and pestering people for cash.
