Police name man found in Stourbridge flat

Police investigating the death of a 59-year-old man in Stourbridge have named him as Paul Tompkins from Forge Road.Mr Tompkins was found at his flat on New Year’s Day, just after 7pm. A post mortem revealed he died from wounds consistent with stab injuries.
