Police arrest man in connection with Sandwell fatal collision

Police investigating a fatal road traffic collision in which a Sandwell teenager died, have arrested a man in connection with the incident.The 23-year-old man was arrested by officers investigating the collision on Friday 3 April and has been bailed while enquiries continue.
