A SOLIHULL man who killed his mother and father in a frenzied attack has been sent to a secure psychiatric hospital. Carl Chang stabbed Pin Cheng Chang, 59, and his wife Quoi, 50, at the family home in Hermitage Road in the early hours of July, 7, 2014.
