Opportunist thief sought after bank machine theft

Police have issued images of a man suspected of stealing £300 from a Birmingham pensioner’s bank account after he accidentally left his card at a cash machine.

The 70-year-old used the ATM outside Union Street's Santander Bank in the city centre and walked away having made a withdrawal. Realising he'd left his card he returned moments later...but instead of finding his card discovered a receipt showing £300 had been taken.
