New patron for the force’s police museum

Plans to revitalise and raise the profile of the West Midlands Police Museum, are one step closer, following the announcement of a famous new figurehead.

Local historian, author and presenter Professor Carl Chinn aims to keep the history of policing in the West Midlands alive, by helping to take it into the 21st century, when he becomes the force museum’s new patron.
