New Deputy Chief Constable appointed

West Midlands Police has announced that Louisa Rolfe has been appointed Deputy Chief Constable.Mrs Rolfe, who is currently Temporary Deputy Chief Constable at Avon and Somerset Police, is expected to take up the position early in 2016.
