Man’s life saving efforts recognised by force

A brave passer-by − who carried out life-saving efforts to help a critically injured motorist - has been commended by West Midlands Police.Leon James, aged 31 from Northfield, was given a Chief Constable’s Good Citizen award on Tuesday night (21 July) for his attempts to save the man’s life.
