Man dragged along street after Oldbury collision

Detectives are hunting the driver of a small red car after an innocent man was dragged along an Oldbury street as he went to investigate a collision outside his house. 

The drama unfolded on Penncricket Lane late on 27 November, when a 37-year-old resident was disturbed by the sound of a loud bang outside.
