Man charged with sending offensive remarks to Birmingham man

A Birmingham man will appear before magistrates charged with an offence under the Malicious Communications Act. Humza Ali, aged 19 of Bromford Lane, Birmingham, will appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (Friday 22 April).The charge relates to an allegation around a message containing offensive remarks sent to a Birmingham man.
