Man charged with internet café murder

A man is to stand before Sandwell magistrates today (Tuesday 18 April) accused of the murder of a man in Smethwick. Carpenter, Douane Brown, aged 39 from Bickington Road, Birmingham, was arrested on Sunday evening by detectives investigating a murder at an internet café in Smethwick. He is also charged with possession of a knife in public.Although not yet formally identified the victim has been named as Horace Williams, aged 36 and from West Bromwich. He died from a single stab wound
