Man charged with attempted murder over Mercer Avenue shooting

A man is due in court this morning (10 June) charged with attempted murder after a man was shot in the head in Coventry. Mohammed Ali Khan – aged 21 and of no fixed address – was arrested yesterday morning (9 June) in Harnell Lane East in connection with a shooting in Mercer Avenue on 10 April.
