Man charged with assault following car incident

A 49-year-old man has been charged with assault following an incident in Birmingham involving two motorists.Barrington Patterson, a driver from Kitts Green, was charged with one count of assault and one count of racially aggravated assault following the incident in Bromford Road on 24 February.
