Man charged over West Bromwich hit and run

A man has been charged by police over a hit and run outside The Hawthorns football ground that left a female pedestrian with multiple fractures.

Tomasz Kolakowski, from Trinity Road in Aston, is set to appear in court on suspicion of hitting the 20-year-old in his Vauxhall Vectra at around 3pm on Friday in Birmingham Road and driving off from the scene.
