Man arrested over double stabbing in Wolverhampton

Police investigating a double stabbing in Wolverhampton have arrested a man in the early hours of this morning (June 15).Marcel Mowbray was circulated as wanted by officers late last night as concerns for his welfare grew. He was sought after two people were stabbed at an address in Eastfield Grove at around 1.45pm.
