Man arrested following Smethwick murder

Detectives investigating the murder of a 38-year-old man in a Smethwick internet café have arrested a man.A 39-year-old Birmingham man was detained last night (Sunday) on suspicion of murder.The investigation continues after officers were called on Saturday afternoon by the ambulance service at around 12.50pm following reports of a man with a stab wound at the Internet Cafe on Cape Hill.The man was treated by medical staff but he was pronounced dead at the scene.A post mortem was conducte
