Hurt hero cop gets gold medal garden from Alan Titchmarsh!

Hurt hero cop Pete McGinn can now relax in a gold medal garden after green-fingered guru Alan Titchmarsh paid him a surprise visit with the landscaping brains behind Greenwich’s Olympic Park.

The housewives’ favourite turned up on Pete’s doorstep back in April to announce he’d been chosen from more 1,000 hopefuls for a professional garden makeover to feature in his Love Your Garden show. His creation was unveiled on the ITV1 show on Tuesday night.
