Hospital order for Birmingham man who killed his partner

A man who killed his partner has been given an indefinite hospital order at Birmingham Crown Court today (19 January).Ozekell Empire, 31, was deemed unfit to stand trial following the death of Andrea Carr whose body was found at their home on Nechells Park Road on December 2014. A post mortem revealed that Andrea had died from asphyxiation.
