Greater Birmingham launches '250,000 jobs by 2030' plan

The Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership has highlighted investment in hi-tech manufacturing, life sciences, financial services and digital and creative industries to drive jobs and growth in its new strategic economic plan.
