Government has held the West Midlands back and owes us says Lib Dem mayoral candidate

Lib Dem Beverley Nielsen, who is bidding to become the first West Midlands mayor next year, says the lack of investment has led to gridlocked, crumbling roads and packed rail carriages and little support for business.
