Off-road bikes have been seized by police after a Good Samaritan helped catch a suspected dangerous rider who fled following a collision in Solihull.West Midlands Police has praised the member of the public who made a citizen's arrest after a pedestrian was hit by one of the bikes in Dorridge.Two off-road bikes are believed to have been causing a nuisance in Station Road just after 12.15pm on Sunday (10 July) and one of them struck a 54-year-old woman who was walking on the pavement.Passers-by r
