Further arrest made in Counter Terrorism investigation

Officers from the West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit have today (Monday 24 April) arrested a woman in Birmingham on suspicion of terrorism offences.The woman, aged 21, was arrested on suspicion of preparing for terrorism acts.The arrest was pre-planned and there was no risk to the public’s safety.
