Fifth person arrested over Tipton murder

Detectives have arrested a fifth person in connection with the murder of Indiga Daniel Wallace.A 30-year-old old West Bromwich man was arrested yesterday evening (Wednesday 25 November) on Stafford Road, Wolverhampton on suspicion of murder.
