Expressway crash victim named

A man who died in a head-on smash on the Aston Expressway on Monday (23 March) has been named as Andi Patrascu.Mr Patrascu, from Preston Road, Hockley, was killed when the silver Rover MG he was driving into Birmingham at 12.30pm veered towards out-of-city traffic and collided with two cars.
