Dognappers posed as RSPCA officials to take terriers

Three dogs - including one carrying a litter of pups - have been stolen from a house in Birmingham by thieves posing as RSPCA officials.The Yorkshire Terriers were whisked away from the address in Blandford Road, Quinton, on Saturday afternoon (31 Oct) by two smartly-dressed men claiming to be investigating neglect allegations.
