Dad shook his baby daughter to death

A dad who shook his four-month-old baby to death because she wouldn’t stop crying has been convicted of her murder at Birmingham Crown Court today (22 February). 
  
Tomas Driukas called an ambulance to his Birmingham home just before 1am on 1 April, after the baby - born three months prematurely - started to have breathing difficulties. She was treated in hospital but died a few hours later.
