Coventry restaurateur jailed for manslaughter

A Coventry restaurateur has today (Tuesday 8 September) been jailed for 32 months after killing a Coventry man in his own home. Kirithas Sriskantharajah, aged 34, of no fixed address, a Sri-Lankan national, pleaded guilty yesterday to the manslaughter of 48-year-old Arunasalam Arunothayan in March this year and was sentenced at Leamington Justice Centre.Mr Arunothayan, also a Sri Lankan national, was taken to hospital after being found seriously injured at his home in Foleshill Road, Covent
