Coventry man charged with firearm offence following police raid

A Coventry man has been charged with a firearm offence following a raid by police on Friday, in which a gun was recovered.

David Smith, aged 25, unemployed, from Kings George Avenue, Foleshill will appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning (Monday 2 February) charged with possessing a gun without a licence and handling stolen goods.
