Coventry dance teacher charged with neglect 

Police have charged a Coventry dance teacher with the wilful neglect of a child. Leeroy Bailey was arrested in February this year after ambulance colleagues were called to his address after concerns for the safety and welfare of a child entrusted to his care at the time. The 35-year-old was released on police bail while an investigation was carried out. He was charged on Friday 15 April with wilfully neglecting a child under 16 and causing that child unnecessary suffering or injury.&nb
