Couple awarded for bravery after cheap chain snatch foil

A Birmingham couple have been recognised by the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police after catching a thief who snatched what he thought was a gold chain which turned out to be worth just 50p! Jatinder Singh Wahla and his wife Navdeep Chahal were travelling along Castle Hill in Dudley on the evening of 25 July last year when they witnessed the robbery.
