Could fish and chips be the latest tool to tackle anti-social behaviour?

Police in an area of Sandwell think they may have found a new tool in the on-going fight against anti-social behaviour − fish and chips! 

 

The British classic is helping officers in Tipton build a great rapport with young people as part of a new pilot project that’s been running since December last year.
