Cordon in place after suspicious package found at Stourbridge address

Police have closed a section of Hagley Road in Stourbridge this afternoon after a suspicious package was found at an address.Officers were called at 12.42pm after a box containing the suspect device was found at an address in Danford Close. Police attended and have put a 100m cordon in place as a precaution until the contents of the box can be fully assessed. Specialist EOD officers are on their way to the location to make the assessment.Residents in roughly a dozen neighbouring properties
