Concern for missing West Bromwich cyclist

A Portuguese man is the subject of a missing person’s search in Sandwell after he failed to return home after visiting a friend in Birmingham.
Sidonio Conceicao was last seen at around 8.30pm on Friday 17 April when he cycled over to see his brother who was at a friend’s house in Gilby Road, Ladywood.
