Arrest made in Bilston murder enquiry  

Detectives investigating the murder of a Bilston woman after a house fire on Thursday morning (24 November) have arrested a Birmingham man.
 
The 55-year-old was arrested on suspicion of murder from an address in Moseley this evening and is currently in police custody.   Lisa Skidmore, aged 37, died from strangulation. Her mother was also assaulted at Lisa’s home in Mill Croft around 10.30am.  Police are continuing to appeal for anyone who saw anything suspicious at the
