Appeal for information following shooting in Birmingham

An investigation has been launched after a man was shot in Birmingham in the early hours of this morning (Monday 29 August).An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital after being shot in the leg in Thorp Street at just after 4.10am.The man was found in the street with non-life threatening injuries and is in a stable condition.
