Appeal after car narrowly misses Birmingham runners

A Birmingham man has been arrested after driving his car onto the Birmingham 10k course and narrowly missing runners.The 35-year-old man drove his blue Renault Megane onto the course in Pershore Road at around 12:05 hours on Sunday 3 May.
