Shropshire Council to launch public consultation on future transport plan

Shropshire Council is set to launch a public consultation this September inviting residents, businesses and stakeholders to help shape the future of transport across the county.
The consultation – approved by the council’s Cabinet today (10 June 2026) – will focus on the draft Local Transport Plan (LTP) 2027–2037, which sets out a long-term strategy for managing, maintaining and improving Shropshire’s highways and transport network.
