Shropshire Council addresses concerns about grass cutting

Shropshire Council understands the concerns residents have raised about grass growth, weeds and general street cleanliness in parts of the county and recognises that, in some areas, standards have not met expectations at the start of the season.
This follows a significant transformation in how the council’s Street Scene services are now delivered. The new delivery model represents a step change in approach, designed to provide a more consistent and sustainable service over the longer term.
