SNP depute cleared of breaching MSPs' rules in Bridge over Atlantic traffic light row

Keith Brown, the SNP's depute leader, has been cleared of breaching Holyrood's code of conduct after lobbying Argyll and Bute Council on behalf of a constituent over traffic light plans for the 233-year-old Clachan Bridge.
