Funding row after taxpayer backed Equality Network calls for EHRC code to be scrapped

Campaign group For Women Scotland has accused the government-funded Equality Network of breaching its grant conditions. It follows a furious row over updated EHRC guidance on single-sex spaces following a landmark Supreme Court ruling.
