A rare natural atmospheric phenomena has been photographed over Dartmoor by a dog walker from Plymouth.Lewis Whitman, from Crownhill, was walking his red labrador Nellieon the path to Foggintor quarry, near Princetown, when he spotted a 'moonbow' arcing in the sky, as he looked back towards Tavistock.Moonbows form when the Moon's light is reflected and refracted off water droplets in the air.
