Tresidder published Value of Nottingham's Victoria shopping centre increases

The company that owns Nottingham's Victoria and Broadmarsh Centres says consumer confidence is at its highest level for nine years and rental values were rising in most of its centres. Intu, which owns nine shopping centres, released half year results to the end of June showing net rental income in its portfolio was up £18.4 million at £207.6 million. Underlying earnings improved £16.7 million to £88.7 million. The value of its portfolio stands at £9.5 billion.Intu.
