The outgoing leader of Broxtowe Borough Council has spoken of his relief at keeping his seat following a recount after two ballot boxes were missed.The results had already been announced when it was discovered that two boxes had been left at polling stations. About 1,000 votes were believed to have been missed, and the vote had to be recounted.Labour's Milan Radulovic said: "I'm obviously very relieved. It's been a very traumatic experience.
