Valley Road has now re-opened after a car hit a tree this morning, leaving huge delays to traffic near the City Hospital.Locals say a similar incident happened just months ago at the same spot.Police were called to the scene, at the junction with Ventnor Rise, at 11.30am on March 19 and cordoned off the road.A 67-year-old man had to be cut free from the car by firefighters.An East Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics were called at 11.29am to a report of a car colliding with a...
