A mum died just weeks after leaving hospital following a hip replacement when she developed a blood clot, an inquest heard.Medics failed to give Patricia Wilsdon, 65, of Rise Park, the anti-clotting drugs enoxaparin or warfarin after she was discharged from Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre on October 19, last year.
