A meeting was due to take place on Tuesday night to encourage solidarity following reports of a surge in hate crime in the wake of Brexit.Anti-racism organisation Hope Not Hate was due to host the event at Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem, in Nottingham, from 7pm.It comes after police forces around the country, including Nottinghamshire Police, confirmed they had had several reports of hate crime linked to immigration, since the result of the EU Referendum.Read more: Ken Clarke MP is caught on camera..
